Splendour of the Seas is one of the Vision Class ships in the Royal Caribbean International fleet of ships. The ship offers cruises in South America, transatlantic cruises and Mediterranean cruises. The length of the cruises vary from three days to 15 days. Prices for the cruises depend on the length of the cruise and the type of stateroom that passengers are occupying.The South America cruises sail from Sao Paulo, Brazil and travel to Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. The cruises in Brazil take three or four days. The transatlantic cruises leave from Sao Paulo and sail to Spain or Portugal. The transatlantic cruises take 14 or 15 days. The Mediterranean cruises on Splendour of the Seas sail in Spain, France, Italy and Greece.
Splendour of the Seas has four types of staterooms. Interior staterooms have no windows, outside staterooms have windows which provide passengers with views of the ocean or of other parts of the ship. The Family Ocean view Stateroom can accommodate six passengers. Balcony staterooms have balconies that overlook the ocean or other parts of the ship. The Royal Loft Suite, the Sky Loft Suite and the Crown Loft Suite have two floors.
Guests can eat in the main dining room or in the Windjammer Cafe. Room service is available 24 hours day. There is no additional cost for room service ordered between 5:00 a.m. and midnight.
Shops on the ship sell clothes, jewellery, alcohol, tobacco and other items. The ship has a spa and a casino. Live entertainment is provided.
